311 and Uplifter Innovations are excited to announce the release of the new Big Cloud™ box mod vape. Joining the highly successful Grassroots Uplifter™ v2 disposable and rechargeable Uplifter™ Cart vape pens, the Big Cloud™ was developed by 311 based on their own use and research over the past several years.
